My name is Bernie. I am a former attorney whose life was turned inside-out and upside down when I answered a full-time call to ministry. Yep--despite my Duke education (AB History 1994), a law degree, a prestigious federal judicial clerkship, and nearly 15 year legal career, one day I abandoned all of it to submit to the true purpose for which I was created. Now, nearly 15 years later, I hope to share what I've learned from my life experiences pertaining to matters of faith, "facts," and family!
